Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Tiny Square mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Tiny Square ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Service Description

Tiny Square is a photo printing service that allows you to select photos from your device, have them printed as square keepsakes, and delivered to your mailing address. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Account Registration

To use Tiny Square, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and are subject to change. Payment is processed at the time you place an order. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment details.

Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within our supported regions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you submit through the App. By submitting photos for printing, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, process, and print those photos solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the photos you submit.
• Your photos do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
• Your photos do not contain unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Tiny Square and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Use automated means to access or collect data from the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Square shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or inability to use it.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Print colors and quality may vary from on-screen appearance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any pending orders at the time of termination will be fulfilled.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
